Step 1
Fill out and Sign the Appropriate Application and Utility Consent form located on the forms page.
Step 2
Compile all of the financial verification documents as outlined in the Application.
Step 3
Submit your completed application form together with the utility consent form and required financial documentation to our office. You may drop it off in person, mail it or email it to the address on the application.
Step 4
Once your completed application and documents are submitted to our office, we will process it and submit it to the Selection Board Committee for review. Please refer to the process on the Application page.
